Contact and resource requests
We request your name, email, optional company or role, and the subject of your enquiry or requested resource. For enquiries and resource requests, we require a phone number and country code so the firm can contact you. We record the form’s website section and page to identify the source of your request. These details are used to handle your request and, where appropriate, discuss an engagement. Submitting does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Enquiry notifications
The website uses EmailJS to send enquiry and resource-request notifications to the firm. Submitted contact details, form contents and source information are included in these notifications. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive matter details in an initial enquiry.
Tools and documents
Interactive tool answers are processed in your browser to generate your output and are not saved with your lead details. Resource access does not depend on successful lead submission. The legacy server-based tool endpoint uses a short-lived essential access cookie. Do not upload confidential matter documents. CV uploads are accepted only through the recruitment form when applications are open.
Recruitment applications
When applications are open, we collect your name, email, phone number and country code, city, relevant experience, optional availability and cover note, and PDF CV. FormSubmit processes the submission and emails these details and your CV to careers@startupplegally.com. Its documented submission archive retains form text for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in that archive. Delivered applications remain in the recruitment mailbox under the firm’s recruitment retention process. The website does not create an application record in the CRM or store CVs. FormSubmit’s CAPTCHA/verification step is part of submission. Please contact SPL for correction or deletion requests. Recruitment details are not used for marketing. FormSubmit privacy information.
Cookies and optional analytics
Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow it. It measures page visits and broad enquiry/resource events. The site does not intentionally send names, email addresses, form text, tool answers or URL query parameters to analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie settings.
